Meditation has also been proven to improve feelings of compassion & gratitude which has tremendous effects on self-awareness to find the ‘best’ you.

Hello all! My name is Amanda. I am your guide here

at New Moon Meditation. I grew up in Minnesota and currently reside in Central Wisconsin. I enjoy spending time in nature, especially near the water. I feel water helps keep me grounded, as I am naturally an overthinker. I enjoy anything creative and spend time woodworking or painting or writing poetry.

I am a mother of 5 boys (3 biological-2 step (divorced)). YES!!! All boys. Ages 8-25. i wasn’t always dealt the best cards in life- Which actually isn’t true- I just didn’t have the knowledge or awareness to deal with things in a better way... I grew up trying to please everyone around me, because I didn't’ know how to please “Me” by just being myself.. For a better part of my life I always sort of felt like no one ever heard or understood me. Pairing meditation with life’s many awakening moments of experience, I am now more me than ever before, and it feels freakin’ awesome. The path to my truer self wasn’t always easy but definitely well worth every excruciating moment..

Life has lead me exactly where I’m meant to be - here sharing insight, experience, & knowledge with all of you to help you grow into your truest self in a place where you will always be heard & understood.
